About the Speaker

Dr. Aviva Wolff, EdD, OT, CHT is an Occupational Therapist and clinician scientist with a strong background in motor control and movement analysis. Dr Wolff founded the Upper Extremity Clinical Movement Analysis Program at Leon Root Motion Analysis Laboratory at Hospital for Special Surgery to assess upper extremity movement dysfunction to inform surgery, therapy and performance. She has specialized expertise in assessment, prevention, and treatment of upper extremity dysfunction in musicians, athletes, and performers in all fields. She has a special interest in working with individuals in the field of the Performing Arts, and is a consultant for the Juilliard School. In addition to her clinical expertise, Dr Wolff has served in various leadership capacities in multiple professional organizations, including being the past President of ASHT.
